Catholic Priest Attacked, Robbed, and Stripped Near Navuhi in Vihiga County

 LA Catholic priest serving at Buyangu Parish was reportedly attacked, robbed, and stripped of his clothing while walking home at night near Navuhi in Vihiga County.

Fr Emmanuel Mannyata was reportedly confronted by unknown men on his way home after attending a church meeting. According to preliminary reports, the attackers assaulted him before removing his clothes and fleeing with his church garments, leaving him seriously injured at the scene.
