Former Catholic nun Kinse Shako Annastasia has gone viral again after sharing a candid observation about dishonesty in relationships, months after she left her congregation over alleged exploitation of nuns.

According to Kinse, one common example is a man who firmly denies seeing someone else while looking directly into his partner's eyes, even when he is involved with another woman elsewhere. She also cited the tactic where a man claims he was with a friend named John, only for it to turn out that John is a woman, and he argues that he never said John was a man.

Kinse added that while some of these instances sound funny, others cause real emotional damage, especially when someone makes promises about love, exclusivity and a future together just to keep a partner around, while his actions tell a different story.

She concluded by saying she has learned to pay more attention to actions than words, noting that consistency cannot be faked for long.
